By submitting information to this website, you agree to us using that information in accordance with this policy.
Information we collect
Through this website we may collect:
- Newsletter sign-ups — your name and email address, where you have ticked the consent box to receive marketing emails.
- Enquiries — the name, email address and any details you provide when you use our contact form or email us.
- Appointment bookings — when you book a vaccination or consultation, your booking and any health information you provide are collected through our booking provider (YouCanBook.me) and held by the relevant branch.
Separately, as part of providing pharmacy services in branch, we keep clinical records (such as details of medicines supplied, advice given and referrals made). Those records are handled under our professional and NHS obligations and are not collected through this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To manage and confirm your appointments.
- To send you newsletters and offers, where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
We do not sell your data, and we will not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Payments
We do not take or store any payment or credit card details on this website. Where a fee applies (for example a paid consultation), payment is handled securely by our booking provider; we never see or store your card details.
Third-party services we use
To run this website and our services we rely on the following providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting.
- YouCanBook.me — appointment booking and any payment for paid consultations.
- Google Workspace — newsletter sign-ups are stored in a private Google Sheet.
- FormSubmit — delivers contact-form enquiries to us by email.
- Google Maps — to show branch locations.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Cookies
This website uses only a minimal number of cookies and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. For details, please see our Cookie Policy.
Marketing & mailing list
We only add you to our mailing list if you have ticked the consent box when signing up. You can opt out at any time by contacting us, and we will remove you promptly. We never sell or rent your data.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by our professional and legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Information relating to a complaint is retained for two years from closure, in a secure environment, on a 'need to know' basis.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us to:
- confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy (a 'subject access request');
- correct any information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information where there is no longer a reason for us to hold it.
To make a request, please write to us at the address below. You may be asked to provide ID (for example a passport or full driving licence) so we can verify your identity.
