I qualified at Bradford in the early 80’s, did a diploma at Keele and my independent prescribing qualification at Derby university. I have a number of hobbies including motorcycling, scuba diving, horse riding, reading and embroidery. I enjoy community pharmacy as I like working with members of the public and it provides so much variety, one moment providing first aid for a head injury the next advising on the correct wormer for a puppy. The travel service has allowed me to use my prescribing qualification and I look forward to the next challenge
