Hello, my name is Emma I am a pharmacist and an independent prescriber. This means that I can write prescriptions for vaccines and for the following conditions:
NHS treatments:
· Contraceptive pills including changes and new pills
· Emergency contraception
· Impetigo
· infected insect bites
· Infected ezcema
· uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women aged 16-64 years of age

Private treatments
I can also provide treatment on a private basis for the following conditions:
· minor ear nose and throat infect

· Hay Fever on a private
· Malaria prevention and travel medicine
The list of conditions that we can treat at Evans is growing – so if you have symptoms, please do call in. My usual days of work are Monday and Thursday. You can either book online or you can phone the pharmacy if you cannot see the service, you would like or the time that you would like listed.
When I am not working for Evans Pharmacy, I am a tutor for the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education, based at the University of Manchester, where I am interested in training pharmacists to prescribe, contraception and public health.
When I am not working, I enjoy relaxing with my husband and teenagers. I run a youth group at my church. I enjoy gardening and keeping fit.
Hello, my name is Jon, as well as being a pharmacist I am manager for this branch and line manage our branches in Ruddington and Newark. I can provide the following services in the pharmacy:
NHS treatment

· infected insect bites – NHS treatment is available
· Infected ezcema
· uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women aged 16-59 years of age – NHS treatment is available.
· Conjunctivitis in children from 3 months to 2 years of age
Private treatment

· Malaria prevention and travel medicine
· Erectile dysfunction

As both pharmacist and resident of East Leake, I am passionate about providing the best possible service for residents.
When I am not working, I enjoy being a Grandad, playing golf and watching the cricket.
Izzy graduated from Nottingham university in 2009 and undertook pre-registration training at East Leake, qualifying in 2010. As a newly qualified pharmacist she spent six years on the relief team gaining experience in various community pharmacies within the company, she is now based permanently at East Leake as second pharmacist.
