Callouses are formed by constant friction normally by wearing poorly fitting shoes or a repetitive action.
This causes the formation of hard skin which can often turn yellow in colour.
The easiest solution is to stop wearing the ill fitting shoes. Hard skin can be removed with a pumice stone or file.
It will also soften the skin if the area is moisturised regularly.
