Healthera Pharmacy App trial for Evans Pharmacy Breaston

We are always looking for ways to improve the patient experience that we offer. So we are excited to offer patients using Evans Pharmacy, Breaston, trial of a phone app, which aims to improve your patient experience. The Healthera phone app  helps you to manage your repeat prescription medicines.

How does it work?

The Healthera app connects you to an approved local pharmacy so that you receive your repeat prescriptions quickly and easily. GPs respond 70% faster to requests from local pharmacies than they do to those made by online pharmacies. Your medication is then delivered to your door and you can monitor your order every step of the way.
Use the app to contact your pharmacist for clinical advice, find out what NHS services your pharmacy offers and book appointments for things like flu jabs – avoiding long waits at your GP clinic.

The App is free to download from the App Store and Google Play.

Will this be available for patients using other branches of Evans Pharmacy

This is currently a trial service. If patient experience is positive, then we will roll the option to use the app out to patients at our other pharmacies. Watch this space!
